DELIVERY SIGNATURE POLICY
A signature is required upon the successful delivery of any and all products. If you know ahead of time that you cannot be at the location of the delivery, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier directly and inform them of the situation. You must also provide them with your product’s tracking number so that the carrier can hold it for you at a store local to you. You may then pick up your product at your convenience.

Most orders are shipped from us with 24-48 hours of processing via UPS or USPS Ground (3 to 7 days). This will allow all products to be tracked in case of damage or loss of product.
